Physical training is the responsibility of the team prior to the race.
As former Royal Marine Commandos we already know what it is to be at the peak
of physical fitness.
We have already operated worldwide in arduos conditions for months at a time.
Presently concentrating on endurance training including long runs, long cycles,
long yomps and even longer rowing sessions on the Concept indoor rower.
Closer to the race itself we intend to do several rows increasing in time and
distance in the boat itself.
Also need to qualify in various maritime qualifications including RYA Yachtsmaster,
sea survival and communications.
